No printed version of the book of abstracts
We are committed to have a low environmental impact of the conference. Therefore, we have decided not to provide a printed version of the book of abstracts but the abstracts can be found on here.

Printing at the conference
Please print beforehand everything that you need e.g. for your presentation. If necessary, it is possible to print small amount of papers at the conference’s information desk.

Session chairs
You may have been selected to function as a chair during one of the sessions. Please check the program carefully! Your main task as a session chair is to moderate the session. Detailed instructions and session guidelines can be found here.

Public transport day tickets
Please note that we strongly recommend you buy public transport day tickets for your stay in Helsinki. These cover unlimited travel on all trams, buses, the metro, and the Suomenlinna ferry, and will make moving from place to place much smoother. Day tickets are available for 1-7 day periods, and can be bought from the blue ticket machines, as well as from the R-kioski. Single fares for trams, buses, and the metro range between 2.50€ and 3.20€, and, for example, a three-day ticket is 16€. See
https://www.hsl.fi/en/tickets-and-fares for comprehensive info, including a map showing day ticket outlets

The timetables for the ferry to Suomenlinna can be found here: http://aikataulut.reittiopas.fi/linjat/en/hLautta_Kauppatori.html The costs of the ferry are covered by the Public transport day tickets. Otherwise, a 12-hour ticket for the ferry costs 5€, and can be bought from the ticket machine at the terminal, but not on the ferry itself.
